We try to minimize costs by avoiding unnecessary analyses or data evaluations. In particular, although we believe in the merits of specialization and the superiority of ToF-SIMS over many other surface analytical techniques, we will say “no” if we feel we cannot help you. In these cases we are able to perform more appropriate analyses in co-operation with external partners or suggest an alternative service provider.

To offer high quality services in materials characterization, state-of-the-art instrumentation is a necessity. We use what we consider to be the best product on the market, a TOF.SIMS 5 by IONTOF. Working in close cooperation with the instrument manufacturers, IONTOF GmbH and IONTOF USA Inc., allows us to provide our customers with fast and direct access to the latest instrumental developments.

Contract analysis, consulting, and training

Contract analysis is carried out in close co-operation with our customers. Following an initial discussion we select the best suited analytical technique(s), perform the measurements and deliver problem-orientated reports. These reports can also be generated from data taken in your lab. We can also provide additional support to customers facing capacity restrictions on in-house instruments.

We offer expert advice to answer all your questions related to surface analysis: efficient application of surface analytical techniques, recommendations for production and process control and expert opinion on analytical results.
